I got hacked! Now what?

Accounts are phished all the time. It could happen to you - that official looking email asking for your password might get past your defenses. So now what?

ITS may disable your account. If it does, you'll need to call us and ask for assistance. Once we re-enable it, you will need to use the myEckerd Forgot Your Password link to reset your password. Please do not re-use any password you previously had for this account.


Note that Spammers often make changes to accounts when they gain access to them. We suggest you check all of these settings to make sure they have not been tampered with:
