Sudden "loss of connectivity" or "ooops" message when in Gmail and browsing sites.
This problem has been seen in recent versions of Firefox. If you are experiencing these connectity messages and you are using Firefox, this may fox your problem:

Firefox recently added a new performance feature to speed up connections called "zero round trip resumption." It seems to cause connection problems with some Google sites -- you might occasionally see an "Oops" message as well as everything coming to a halt.
Here's how you can disable that feature in case you don't find a more convenient workaround:
1 - In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
2 - In the search box in the page, type or paste security.tls.enable_0rtt_data and pause while the list is filtered.
3 - Double-click the preference to switch the value from true to false.
4 - Restart Firefox and try again.
If the problem persists, please let us know. In the meantime, switch to Chrome or Edge.
Please keep in mind that changes made through this back door aren't fully supported and aren't guaranteed to continue working in the future.
