OpenVPN Client - Delete and re-add your profile.

If you find it necessary to remove and re-add your Eckerd College VPN profile, here's how you do it:


1 - Start your OpenVPN Client and then click on the pencil icon next to your profile:


2 - Click the Delete Profile button at the bottom of the client:


3 - Click Yes to delete the profile.

4 - Now click on the orange Plus sign circle  to begin re-adding the profile, enter vpn.eckerd.edu in the URL blank and click Next:


5 - Type your Eckerd username and password, then click the orange Import button:


6 - Type the Authy authenticator code in the Response prompt:


7 - Your new profile appears in the client window:


8 - Proceed with the OpenVPN login.
