It will bring you to a page that looks like this.
You will only be allowed to submit an AV request 5 days prior to the day you would like to have the event. It will blank out any dates that do not fit in the window. You can submit an event request up to a year in advance if you would like.
When you select a date it will bring up a start time for your event on the right and you can change how long you would like the event to be on the left by clicking the pencil icon.
Please select when your event starts and we will determine how long it will take to set up for the event. If you have any special requests for an earlier setup let us know in the comments when you reach that section.
Once a date, time, and length have been selected it will bring you to this page where you will need to fill in the required information.
Note that outside spaces have no way to show a projector and will only be able to use up to two mics.
As you scroll down on this page the end will have a comments section for any questions or requests you may have that weren't on the form.
Once you submit an event request it will bring you to this page letting you know we have received it. After this you will either get a confirmation email or we will reach out to you with any questions we have or you may have had in the comments.
