It looks like your password was not successfully reset for active directory. Please reset your password again using the instructions below. Make sure that all sections say successful (green check) and there are no errors (red x) before clicking finish. Please avoid using any passwords that you've previously used. Forgot your Eckerd password- Click Go to Reset Tool under Password Reset
- Enter your myEckerd Username and login using cell phone or challenge questions.*
- Enter your new password and click Reset
