If you have moved to a new department or have been given updated shared drive (H:, S:, V:, etc) mappings, you may not see these changes immediately. This will update your settings:
- Open the File Explorer
- Right-Click the bad drive mapping and select Disconnect
- Click Start
- Type cmd and then click the Command Prompt icon when it appears
- At the DOS prompt type: gpupdate /force
- follow the prompts and log out when it asks you to do so.
If you are working remotely, you will do this in your session on remotedesktop.
