Forgot your Eckerd password
- Click 'Go to 'Reset Tool' under Password Reset
- Enter your myEckerd username and authenticate using your current active directory password, cell phone or challenge questions.*
- Enter your new password and click Reset
* Accounts created before July 2018 have been loaded with challenge questions, and we periodically ask users to update their challenge questions and cell phone (SMS) information using the Update Profile tool.
