ECWeb was recently pointed to a new location, so it's possible you may need to clear your browser cache. If you are using Google Chrome, clearing your "cached images and files" by doing this:
Shut down and then re-open Chrome.
Check these links for other browsers to clear the cache:
Safari: try COMMAND-SHIFT-DEL in your Mac keyboard. Close Safari and re-open
iPhone: Open settings, scroll down and select "Safari". Select "Clear History and Website Data". Close Safari and re-open.
Please contact us if you have no success with any of these methods.
IE and Edge users should move away from these browsers and use Google Chrome or Firefox to access ECWeb.
