Alumni Email

Under the "Email for Life" policy anyone who graduates or completes 30 credit hours can keep their email indefinitely. Anyone who withdraws with less than 30 credit hours loses access the following summer.

We deactivate accounts after five years of inactivity - we send notices to those accounts for two months before deactivation, and they can be restored for a year after that. Eckerd College alumni can keep their email forever.
